Kim Kohl: An Economist at heart and by education, I’ve had the pleasure of working in the craft of Human Resources for almost 30 years. Holding several different roles throughout my career spanning many areas of HR including HR business partner, OD, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, M&A and outsourcing. As an adult, one of my greatest teachers has been my horse, Flash (yes, his name is indicative of his personality!). Growth is found through change and the M&A space as been a natural fit allowing countless opportunities to influence how to bring companies together. Since I have a passion for non core, unique organizations and diverse groups, my roles I have been the HR leader of units made of multiple acquisitions- comprised of 5 acquisitions. I havehad the privilege to lead OD & CSR through revolutionary times of adaptive & positive leadership & focus on women diversity, community involvement and our organizational footprint. In mycurrent journey I look after the non core and different to through my Head of HR for Group of acquired Companies as well as COE for M&A in the people organization.
